Last year the fund helped support a series of four free lectures in International Human Rights and Humanitarian Law. The final lecture ‘Transferring to Torture: Canada Human Rights and Detainees’ will be held Saturday, April 19th at 7:00 pm at the Robson Square Theatre, 800 Robson Street. The lecture will be presented by Dr. Michael Byers, Canada Research Chair in Global Politics and International Law at UBC.
