The CCPA, Canada's leading progressive research institute, is an independent, non-profit, public policy institute that provides thoughtful, clear and rational evidence about the impacts of government policy choices. Its research, publications and educational activities support the efforts of individuals and organizations working towards social, economic and environmental justice.
The CCPA re-affirms that our best values are possible even in the face of incessant messages that we cannot afford our most treasured social programs, that poverty and homelessness will always be with us, that privatization is inevitable, that tackling climate change is too great a task. The CCPA's research gives people the knowledge that our commitment to a more just and sustainable world stands on solid footing.
