The Ruth and Henry Goodman Fund has been made possible through the financial success of Tri City.

In the 1980's Michael Goodman founded the Tri City Group www.tricitygroup.ca, focusing on real estate development and finance. At the same time he continued to be involved in social justice initiatives.

Tri City is a public vehicle where by smaller investors can invest RRSP funds in well selected and thought out real-estate investment projects which are green to the largest extent possible. At the very least we aim to do no harm and provide people with good quality housing and commercial income producing property while showing an excellent return to our investors.
